How long does delivery take? Metro cities: 2 to 3 working days. Everywhere else: 4 to 7. You get a tracking link on WhatsApp the moment your parcel is picked up.

Is cash on delivery available? Yes, on orders between ₹299 and ₹5,000. On higher-value orders we ask for a small part upfront — it keeps our return costs down, which keeps our prices where they are.

Will the plating last? Our gold vermeil pieces are plated at 2.5 microns, which is well above costume standard. Keep them away from perfume and water and they will hold for years. We re-plate any Aurelia piece for ₹499 whenever you need it.

Can I return something? Seven days from delivery, unworn, in the original box. Start the return from your order page or message us on WhatsApp. Refunds land in 3 to 5 working days after we receive the piece.

Do you take custom orders? For bridal sets, yes. Write to us with your date at least eight weeks out.
