Refund & returns

Seven day returns. If a piece is not right, send it back within seven days of delivery, unworn and in its original box.

How to start a return. Open your order page and press "Request return", or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you in serviceable pincodes.

When you get your money. Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded to a bank account you nominate.

What we cannot take back. Nose pins and toe rings, for hygiene reasons. Custom bridal commissions. Anything visibly worn or damaged.

If something arrives damaged. Send us a photograph within 48 hours and we replace it, no questions and no return shipping.
